The short version: we collect what you give us on a form or in the chat so we can get back to you about your water. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who wants to market to you.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address, and service address when you submit a form or use the chat
- The service you selected and anything you tell us about your water
- The page you were on when you contacted us
- Standard technical information your browser sends, such as approximate location and device type
How we use it
To contact you about your request, schedule and carry out work, and follow up afterwards. That is the whole list. We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.
Text messages
If you submit a form, you are agreeing that we may contact you by text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by calling us at (678) 327-9646. Opting out of texts does not stop us from calling you back about work already in progress.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle messages — hosting, email delivery, and form processing. They only ever see what is needed to do that job, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember an in-progress chat so you do not lose it when you change pages. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated to say so.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the work and our records. If you would like your information deleted, email gawaterpro@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
